Welcome to the School Social Work web page! I am excited to be a part of the Lake City School District! I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and am licensed with the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Department of Education. As the School Social Worker, I work with students, families, teachers, and staff to support successful students and healthy families. My role is to assist students in dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, peer relationships, family issues/struggles, classroom/school concerns, and any other problems or issues that may arise. I can provide individual counseling, referral services based on student needs, or just simply a safe place to talk. No issue or concern is too large or too small - I am here to help! Please reach out to me with your questions. I am available to work with students at Lincoln Jr./Sr. High and Bluff View Elementary, and also with parents and families.
